$70,000- $90,000 + Super + Car Allowance & Fuel Card

  • Bring your passion for building and customer service to claims management
  • Work and travel autonomously to support the community
  • In this role available due to growth, you will be responsible for delivering a highlevel customer service to support people through the property claims process.

The role:


  • Stakeholder management
- across insurers, brokers, builders, and customers

  • Investigate claims process; including interviews, reviewing reports, inspecting physical damage, and assessing all evidence gathered
  • Effective handling of claims to manage loss costs and claims expense
  • Providing advice to policyholders on their claims, progress, and insurance liability
  • Demonstrating technical building knowledge through educating the customer throughout the claims process

About you:


  • Building background or a passion for building with strong industry knowledge
  • Clear communicator who can build rapport with customers
  • Willingness to travel across Canberra
