    Description
    Technical Advisor - Workers Compensation Workers' Compensation (Insurance & Superannuation)

    Suitable for an experienced Senior Case Manager or Technical Advisor moving from an insurer into a well-known national claims management provider with over 2000 staff nationally.

    This newly created team, manages workers compensation claims on behalf of a number of self-insurers across WA.
    Permanent full-time role offering 9-day fortnight after probation

    Salary Range:
    $95,000 - $115,000 plus super and bonus
    Flexible working arrangements with working 2 days in the office

    This role is ideal for an experienced workers compensation professional with strong knowledge of the WA legislation and a passion for coaching and mentoring.

    As the Technical Advisor, you will be the subject matter expert supporting the business and case managers with all aspects of technical workers compensation experience.

    In this role, you will enjoy being part of a growing team and impacting the business as it expands its operations.

    This is a permanent full-time role with the opportunity for a 9-day fortnight once you have passed probation with the client based in Perth CBD.


    The Role:
    Creating training plans, providing coaching and mentoring for the team
    Attending consolation with legal representation
    Reviewing and providing feedback about current claims management practices, legislative changes, and procedures ensuring emerging trends are identified and managed
    Developing strategic initiatives and procedures to ensure all service, performance, and compliance measures are achieved
    Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    About You:
    Strong technical experience and knowledge within workers compensation scheme
    Experience in managing relationships and competing stakeholder priorities
    Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
    Experience in coaching and supporting others
    Benefits
    Salary (experience dependent): $95,000 - $115,000 plus super and bonus
    Flexible working arrangements with working 2 days in the office
