My client, a major name in Digital has just started transitioning all on-prem systems to the cloud and is replacing legacy CRM with Dynamics 365 as part of a wider change program.

Due to the high degree of customisation and IP, they are looking for a strong Dynamics Functional Consultant to drive configuration and further customisation.

As such they are looking for a Dynamics CRM functional guru.

Design as well as hands-on configuration would be a big plus as they will be looking for you to drive the the project.


Particular focus on customer insights and journeys as part of the customer insights and journeys as part of the customer service and marketing modules.

Great client, flex and remote working. Long term project and end user.
