we have a very switched on team in a highly successful, supportive, Financial Services organisation that is driving a major transformation, integration and automation.

The team is working to Agile process and needs further support to drive the project across a major workstream

As Scrum Master you will work with Product Owner to lead Agile Scrum teams to manage delivery. You will need to be a strong character to drive Agile delivery help deliver a challenging set of deliverables.

You will be required to drive Agile practices / processes that will reduce cycle time and ensure a sustainable pace of work; facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive a culture of continuous improvement; coach teams to use a data driven, test and learn approach; champion a culture of knowledge sharing and learning, and foster a culture of responsibility and accountability.

Experienced as an Agile coach to support an coach teams.

Requirements:

5+ years as a Scrum Master working in a Scrum / Agile way with a track record of introducing Agile methodologies and practices within largescale, complex environments
Comfortable conducting spring plans, estimations, backlogs, etc.
You are a passionate evangelist of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban)
You are able to capture and interpret relevant metrics and help teams to use them to improve
You are skilled at facilitating communication and driving crossfunctional team collaboration
Play an active role in the Agile community
You are positive, credible and passionate
