    Description
    • Large, national Accounting firm in Melbourne's CBD.
    • Senior Accountant position in charge of your own team and portfolio of clients.
    • 6 weeks annual leave, lots of flexibility, and great working hours

    This large Accounting firm in Melbourne's CBD has multiple locations, in every major city. They continue to grow and have created a new Business Advisory Senior Accountant position. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of large clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Consult with clients to address their financial needs and provide expert advisory services.
    2. Manage the relationships with your clients directly.
    3. Provide guidance, coaching and leadership to the juniors in the team, to help them, as well as you, progress your career.


    The successful person will likely have/be:

    • Qualified Accountant is highly preferred.
    • A proven track record of at least 3 years in a relevant accounting role.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in effective communication, coaching and adept at fostering interpersonal relationships.
