PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE HEAD OF RAYMOND

HOUSE

REPORTS TO Head of Raymond House


DIRECT REPORTS None


KEY RELATIONSHIPS Director of Human Resources and Strategic Operations Raymond House Students
Raymond House Parents


PURPOSE The purpose of this role is: to provide professional and proactive support to the Head of Raymond House.

ENVIRONMENT This is a full time administrative position with normal hours of 38 per week and 5 weeks Annual Leave - the span of hours will be based on

operation requirements for the school (7:54am - 4:00pm)


KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Manage the workflow for the Head of Raymond House
  • Provide hospitality for the Head of Raymond House
  • Assist with the booking of travel, venues, catering and flowers for all Raymond House events

- and activities
  • Arrange meetings, appointments and manage the diary for the Head of Raymond House
  • Manage and resolve queries within authority level
  • Manage, initiate and respond to correspondence
  • Prepare and arrange circulars and LowtherLink News items for Raymond House parents
  • Liaise with the Community Relations department to coordinate school tours
  • Develop reports, documents, meeting agendas and minutes as requested
  • Create lists as required
  • Administer the report process for Raymond House
  • Coordinate the Raymond House PowerPoint presentations and other multimedia presentations
  • Coordinate Raymond House events including management of Raymond House Consent2Go
  • Manage student awards, badges, prizes, certificates and bears for new students
  • Support the risk management process for Raymond House
  • Achieve safety and compliance responsibilities
  • Provide back up for Raymond House and Mansion Reception
  • Ensure that the diversity of all children, including (but not limited to) the needs of Aboriginal
and Torres Strait Islander children, children from culturally and linguistically diverse
backgrounds, children with disabilities, and children who are vulnerable needs are met

  • Perform other duties as requested by the Head of Raymond House
  • Comply with Lowther Hall policies and processes
