- Provide effective administration services to the project team including preparing information for dissemination to others; maintain and update records.
- Provide a timely response to information requests from clients, suppliers, Commercial Manager and the project team.
- Work closely with the Project and/or Site Manager to understand project priorities and ensure these are appropriately communicated to the team.
- Cross referencing time sheets to confirm accurate costing is submitted.
- Collating equipment and personnel hours for daily/weekly claims & working with contracts administration team.
- Assisting and monitoring site entry requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (site-based experience is essential).
- Experience on large-scale construction projects working for similar companies is desirable.
- Experience working within/ or knowledge of Heavy Lift/Heavy Haulage is desirable.
- Ability to cooperate with others to accomplish site and project goals.
- Capability to adapt to change; handle stress; and persist toward goals despite obstacles.
- Initiative to set and achieve work goals for yourself and your team.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of time management and the ability to handle a fluctuating workload.
- Commitment to a FIFO 3:1 roster for the duration of the project.
