This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our onsite Maintenance team based at South32 Collie as a site administration in a full-time capacity.

The site administration is responsible for providing a full range of timely, confidential administrative and project support, and related services to the site manager and the site Techs.


With respect, integrity and honesty, you will:

  • Diary Management, including site training dates; training, maintain training and equipment registers, organise and source suppliers;
  • Providing high quality, accurate documentation and reports as required including field reports.
  • Raising and processing purchase orders for office supplies, services, plant and equipment including invoices as required for processing the accounts;
  • Ensuring accurate and timely management of the overall accounts and invoicing process in conjunction with the accounts team;
  • Supporting the team with equipment maintenance calibrations organising equipment to be sent off site for any maintenance or repairs.
  • SAP operations
- weekly, monthly Invoicing, client work orders processing.


Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with a good understanding of office support systems and administrative tasks;
  • High levels of written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with excellent attention to detail;
  • Excellent planning skills with the ability work well under pressure;
  • Highly self motivated with excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships as well as the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders;
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products;
  • Experience with SAP; and
  • Ability to learn new skills and tasks and adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Must be Collie-Bunbury area
