6AM Digital is partnering with a leading creative advertising agency in Adelaide. They are looking for an experiencedPaid Ads Specialist to join their team. The specialist will be responsible for managing and optimising Google Ads and Social Media ad campaigns for clients.
The Paid Media Specialist / PPC Specialist will work closely with account managers and the creative department to enhance strategic advertising directions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising).
- Manage endtoend campaign setup, including keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management.
- Optimise campaign performance, analyse data, and make datadriven decisions.
- Create and test ad variations to improve conversions and ROAS.
- Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure positive results within allocated budgets.
- Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance and recommendations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align advertising strategies with marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in paid advertising.
Requirements:

Very strong knowledge of the Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance optimisation.
- Experience setting up and running campaigns for multiple accounts
- Proficiency in managing social media advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other relevant platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience segmentation, targeting, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and creating/testing ad variations.
- Knowledge of ad tracking and attribution methods to accurately measure campaign effectiveness.
- Experience or knowledge in setting up Shopping Feeds for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Ability to analyse Landing Page performance and provide insightdriven recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Qualifications:
- Degree or relevant tertiary qualification.
- 4+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency or an ecommerce environment.
- Google Ads certification, GA4, and Meta Certification are a plus.
- Demonstrated success in driving ROI and improving key performance metrics through paid advertising campaigns.
- Previous experience in producing analytical reports.
