New Scrum Master / Scrum Lead position within a high-profile eCommerce specialist company in Australia.

They design and develop award-winning eCommerce solutions for modern brands and are headquartered in a modern office in Adelaide CBD.

We are currently looking for a talented Scrum Master/Lead to join their talented award-winning team to build best-of-breed eCommerce solutions.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects by championing Agile methodologies and fostering collaboration within the teams.

Hybrid role, 3 days in the office after the probation period worked on-site

Intermediate, Senior, and Lead profiles will be considered

The role:

Act as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide the team in adhering to Agile principles and values while continuously improving their processes.
Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure focus on sprint goals.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.

What you will bring:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fastpaced digital environment.
Indepth understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills to guide teams through challenges and ensure alignment.
Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Git Lab, or Azure DevOps.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity with resilience.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and address project risks and issues.
Familiarity with Retail and Ecommerce Platforms (desirable).
