The Opportunity

This is an exciting 12-month contract opportunity to join the AIA Business Administration team to lead a team in delivering the best in class new business administration experience.

Help us champion a customer focused culture by enhancing enterprise value and reputation through continuous improvement activities and strong relationship management skills.

To do this successfully you will:

Partner with distribution leaders in the development and relationship management of existing and new advisors
Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects and implement approved enhancements
Deliver and maintain functional planning and performance reporting including target setting and goal achievement
Play an active role in risk management by developing and implementing appropriate frameworks to ensure the team are complying with AIA standards and regulations
Experience in the life insurance industry (desired but not essential)
Demonstrated experience leading and or delivering change
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work in a face paced environment
Strong organisation skills
