YOUR ROLE


Being a valued member of the Listed team in the Company Secretariat Office This role will see you working together with a peer Assistant Company Secretary, listed to supporting the Group Company Secretary and two Executive Managers, to ensure the provision of efficient, effective and timely company secretarial services to the IAG Group of Companies, primarily the Listed Board & Committees (and Management Committees or other forums as required, including the Continuous Disclosure Committee).

This is a unique opportunity to focus on corporate governance for the Listed company where you will be working with senior stakeholders across the Group, including the Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Listed Board.

Working together with the peer Assistant Company Secretary, Listed, you will be responsible for managing corporate governance requirements for the Listed company including:

  • Managing the end-to-end Board Meeting processes.
  • Reviewing papers and preparing for Meetings (including shell minutes);
  • Creating and publishing Board and Committee Meeting packs.
  • Assisting with drafting company secretarial papers.
  • Assisting with ongoing periodic regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Providing administrative support for Meetings and support to the Group Company Secretary and Executive Managers as required.
  • Liaising with and managing the full suite of stakeholders involved in the Listed Board's processes and meetings.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum of 2 year's work experience in the Company Secretariat department of an ASX listed Australian corporate, or postadmission experience advising on corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
  • Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance.
  • Experience with Diligent Board Books (preferred) or experience with another electronic board paper software is desirable, and generally strong tech capabilities.
  • You are a strong communicator and able to build rapport easily.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Collaborative team player, with high optimism and outcome orientated.
