Warranty / Maintenance Serviceman


As the Maintenance and Warranty Serviceman you will be responsible for managing and completing all works associated with Hand Over, service and any warranty issues.

You will ensure that expectations are set and exceeded in line with our client's long term vision.


The Role:


  • Investigate job sites to put together defects lists
  • Sometimes work on the tools if jobs are minor and can be fixed on the spot
  • Organise trades to sites when jobs are larger to rectify issues
  • Ensure a high standard of OH&S on all sites and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Undertake finishing activities to assist with the completion of each site.
  • Provide exemplary client service as part of our clients service and warranty program.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all suppliers and contractors.

Requirements:


  • You will have experience working on Warranty & Maintenance issues related to new homes
  • Knowledge with fair trading legislations for residential properties
  • You will be able to manage a high volume of job sites and as such display effective time management skills
  • You will have experience dealing with Clients on a regular basis and the confidence to communicate effectively and have good dispute resolution skills
  • A site supervising or trade background is preferred from within the volume homes space
