We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at a national manufacturing company based in Wetherill Park.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 6 direct reports and ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance department.


Key Responsibilities as Maintenance Supervisor:

  • As Maintenance Supervisor you will be supervising and coordinating maintenance activities
  • The Maintenance Supervisor will be managing a team of maintenance technicians
  • This Maintenance Supervisor will ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner
  • As the Maintenance Supervisor implementing preventative maintenance programs
  • Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Electrical or mechanical bias encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
