About the Role:

You will be responsible for providing pre-sales support to both the sales team and the clients. Ensuring the successful selling and installation of technology solutions and ongoing client satisfaction in the post-sales phase.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide high quality pre-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of sales targets
  • Provide presales technical support for the development of networking, security and cloud solutions
  • Assist sales team in development of technology solutions and proposals
  • Maintain an indepth knowledge of product/services
  • User requirement analysis reporting
  • Prepare and provide demonstrations, presentations, consultation and sales support services
  • Undertake tasks requiring technical analysis, diagnosis & solution design
  • Assist with Post-Sales support where required

About You:


  • You possess a gogetter attitude
  • Previous experience in technology sales/engineering
  • Offers solutions to problems
  • Proven ability to communicate technical information to a nontechnical audience in a way that is easy to understand
  • Ability to generate, propose and present technical solutions
