  • 1 day WFH
  • North Ryde location, onsite parking
- $110-120K + Super + Bonus

Our client is a global sourcing company that is highly regarded within the industry and by their retail clients. They focus on bringing on trend product to the market across apparel and hardgoods.


This role will have 1 direct report and be focused on driving relevant activity to achieve sales targets through commercial analysis and strong relationships within the homeware category.


Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic account planning by developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve growth targets and maximise revenue from these accounts
  • Sales forecasting and regularly reporting on performance metrics
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities
  • Negotiating favourable terms, pricing and contracts with suppliers
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and to address any challenges
  • Developing and implementing strategies to expand business with existing accounts, identifying upselling and crossselling opportunities
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Building and nurturing longterm, trustbased relationships with customers, suppliers and other business partners
  • Staying uptodate with industry trends, market dynamics and regulatory changes to anticipate and adapt to market developments
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to one direct report, supporting their professional growth and development within the company
To be successful within this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Account Management
  • Experience in hardgoods/homewares, highly regarded
  • Bachelor of Business, or similar, desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Ability to work autonomously, yet as part of a team culture
