This newly created role will allow you to utilise your creative skills to harness a customer centric approach, to manage their social media channels.

In your role, you will manage end to end social media including strategy, content development and community engagement, along with utilising insights to enhance performance.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy for all global social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Develop the strategy and oversee the execution and performance across Chinese social platforms
  • Own, curate and execute social calendar across platforms and markets
  • Oversee the creation and management of all published content across all platforms
  • Manage the implementation of the influencer strategy to assist channel engagement and growth
  • Track and analyse analytic reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics and effectiveness
  • Ensure content is optimised for platform, SEO and adheres to brand style guide and best practice
  • Uncover opportunities to maximise current marketing plans, engage consumers in new ways and increase client loyalty
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 4 years + social media experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive approach and ability to prioritise
