What will you do in this (newly created) role?

Recruit You'll work autonomously through the entire recruitment process, from shortlisting and making strategic recommendations to making offers and staying in touch during onboarding.
Understand You'll prioritise spending time with recruitment managers to develop your relationships and greater knowledge of their business and needs.
Grow and develop Our business is experiencing huge growth we're excited for you to join us on the journey.

An experienced and passionate recruiter with min. five years' experience (ideally in healthcare)
Downtoearth and personable and ready to work with likeminded people.
Driven and selfmotivated with a meticulous eye for detail.
