    Description

    Overview: As a Store Operations Supervisor Manager at Heytea, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple stores within a designated region. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales targets, and upholding the Heytea brand standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Operational Leadership:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Heytea stores within the assigned region.
    • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

    2. Team Management:

    • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff.
    • Provide leadership and support to foster a positive and high-performance culture.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations.

    3. Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage budgets for each store.
    • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.

    4. Customer Experience:

    • Uphold Heytea' commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Monitor and address customer feedback and concerns.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

    5. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the region.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in multi-unit management, preferably in the retail or food service industry.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Flexibility to travel within the assigned region.
