We have partnered with a fantastic not-for-profit in the disability sector and they are seeking a temporary HR Business Partner, for an initial temporary project but with the potential of a permanent role in the new year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing reliable, timely, and expert advice on a wide range of HR matters
- Develop and implement new policies, practices, and programs to meet the needs of the organization.
- Provide generalist support to the wider team including recruitment and other operational HR responsibilities.
Essential criteria:
- Currently working in an HR role with minimum 5 years experience
- Be immediately available for the temporary assignment
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Display resourcefulness, strong analytical and problems solving skills
