We have partnered with a fantastic not-for-profit in the disability sector and they are seeking a temporary HR Business Partner, for an initial temporary project but with the potential of a permanent role in the new year.

The temporary role will involve employee relations, policy creation and other HR projects, whilst the permanent role will embody a wider range of generalist HR duties such as


Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing reliable, timely, and expert advice on a wide range of HR matters
  • Develop and implement new policies, practices, and programs to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Provide generalist support to the wider team including recruitment and other operational HR responsibilities.

Essential criteria:


  • Currently working in an HR role with minimum 5 years experience
  • Be immediately available for the temporary assignment
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Display resourcefulness, strong analytical and problems solving skills
