Beaumont People are proud to be partnering with a leading University near the Sydney CDB that is seeking a talented Executive Assistant or high level Administrator to join their team.

The opportunity:


In this role you will support a busy Director and a team of Deputy Heads in the Lifetime Learner Experience (LLE) Unit.


As part of the role, you will:

  • Serve as first point of contact for all enquiries and requests for information directed at the Director and Deputy Heads
  • Effectively manage the diaries of the Director and Deputy Heads, as well as arrange travel, accommodation and acquit credit card as required
  • Coordinate Future Learner events and functions including venue selection, catering, invitee list, alumni and industry contact and coordinating marketing activities within budget allocation
  • Support a range of projects and coordinate activities and provide executive support to assist with project success
  • In collaboration, implement, administer, and improve procedures and systems to enable LLE to function efficiently in administering various responsibilities, considering the policies, procedures, and priorities of other areas of the University
  • Maintain office systems, including efficient filing, ready access and follow up systems for both paper and electronic records and correspondence. Assist with office financial administration

To be successful in this position, you should possess:

  • Prior experience working as an EA or senior administrator within a complex and large organisation
  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise, manage, meet competing deadlines, and effectively implement administrative processes
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues and client groups
