About the role

We are seeking a
Land Lease Sales Consultant to join our team based at our newest community located in our Harmony community on the Sunshine Coast.

This is a
full-time permanent opportunity working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday
. This role is to commence in January 2024.

Skills and Experience

You will have a proven track record of success in
land lease or retirement
living as a preference; while residential sales will be considered.

Your ability to build effective relationships with customers and community is key and you will thrive working in a fast paced environment.

To be successful in this role you will also have:

An understanding of land lease communities and how they operate
A passion for customer service and building community
Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
Energy and excitement in attending customer events
Confidence in networking
Strong negotiation skills
Ongoing customer account management
Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel)
Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce)
Solutions focused approach to problem solving
Sound financial acumen

To be eligible for this role you must be able to work 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sundays with flexibility to work a varied roster if required.

A current

QLD Real Estate Licence is essential along with a valid

QLD Driver's

license.
