    The Role:
    This department is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Financial Accountant to join their finance team.
    Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing financial reporting, analysis, and compliance activities, ensuring the financial integrity and transparency of our organisation

    Responsibilities:
    Prepare and analyze financial statements
    Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making
    Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
    Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets
    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditorsSkills and Experience:Proven experience in financial accounting
    CPA or CA qualification preferred
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
