    About the team

    Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology.

    Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content.

    It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity.

    It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.


    Responsibilities:

    • Gain a deep understanding of LIVE business, refine the campaign ROI calculation and establish an effective monitoring and evaluation system for identifying, analyzing, and solving potential campaign problems.
    • Responsible for establishing the campaign strategy system abstract campaign operational methodology based on business goals, improving achievement paths, gameplay, resource matching strategies, and integrating crossdepartmental resources, to achieve revenue targets.
    • Responsible for the operation of LIVE global campaigns, formulate targeted creative campaigns based on platform attributes, complete overall planning and cooperate with XFN teams to conduct the entire plan, review the campaign's effect, and continually optimize campaign methodology.
    • Bachelor's degree or above with experience in internet campaign operation/strategy operation and analysis/strategy/business analysis/international product user growth work experience. Experience in LIVE streaming or entertainment products is a plus.
    • Excellent ability in campaign planning, strong logical thinking and analytical skills, clear campaign thinking, proficient in using prototype tools, good at Cend user understanding and designing effective campaign gameplay.
    • Excellent data analysis skills, able to identify the reasons behind the data, analyze and summarize the reasons for the changes in the data behind the campaign, have experience with SQL and Python is preferred.
    • Strong implementation and communication skills, able to collaborate across multiple departments and teams, with excellent project management skills. Experience in team management is a plus.
