Description

Hudson require a Scrum Master with hands-on experience leading and coaching agile teams in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Agile techniques and methodologies (Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban, SAFe).

Your style will be to engage with and coach your team on a exciting transformation journey.

Responsibilities

Assist the Product Owner and development team in conducting and optimising the release pipeline by organising features into regular iterations.
Engage in the SAFe practice to develop and maintain backlog of work to be delivered by the team
Facilitate and manage the input of all Features and Stories into Jira, Confluence and MS Teams
Lead planning tasks with product owners, stakeholders, project managers and delivery teams to elicit requirements and delivery priority
Promote the continuous improvement of both the product and internal team environment using key agile principles
Continually improve processes and coach the team to higher levels of maturity
Manage load and capacity of all the resources on the team
Facilitate and manage the Feature Budgets within the team backlog (inc forecasting)
Identify, record and manage the risks, dependencies and issues identified within the team
