Description
Work with BAU teams and Platform Owners to implement Workplace technology,- Document resolutions in our standard templates and perform Knowledge Transfer to BAU support teams,
- Manage support tickets and escalations using ITSM platform,
- Provide support for events and executive meetings,
- Assist with technical project work as needed, Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
- Min 5+ years' experience in a Service Desk environment,
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with Clevel stakeholders,
- Experience in enduser computing, with a focus on maintaining and supporting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Strong technical skills with Windows 10/11 and Mac operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, InTune and Microsoft Office (O365),
- Knowledge and experienced with Windows Hello for Business is an advantage,
Ability to create VB & PowerShell scripts,: - Excellent ability to work through problems in a structured manner.

Contract length: 24 months
Salary:
$ $550.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
