Description
Work with BAU teams and Platform Owners to implement Workplace technology,

  • Document resolutions in our standard templates and perform Knowledge Transfer to BAU support teams,
  • Manage support tickets and escalations using ITSM platform,
  • Provide support for events and executive meetings,
  • Assist with technical project work as needed, Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
  • Min 5+ years' experience in a Service Desk environment,
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with Clevel stakeholders,
  • Experience in enduser computing, with a focus on maintaining and supporting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Strong technical skills with Windows 10/11 and Mac operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, InTune and Microsoft Office (O365),
  • Knowledge and experienced with Windows Hello for Business is an advantage,
    Ability to create VB & PowerShell scripts,:
  • Excellent ability to work through problems in a structured manner.

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
$ $550.00 per day


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
