Description

We are looking for commerce graduate with prior experience in B2B collections, Accounts Receivable. Should have knowledge of OTC cycle/AR and SAP exposure.

Primary Purpose of Role
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Order to Cash

Ability to be trained in processes and perform user acceptance testing
Support Go live work and meet the project deadlines
Perform test scripts and timely submission of reports.
Perform operations at go live during stabilisation
Working with the Credit Manager to ensure both contractual and operational Key Performance Indicators are met
Responsible for Order Management, Credit Management, Customer invoicing, Payment collections in B2B business environment
Working as representative for all AR Helpdesk related issues raised by the customer.
Developing good customer relationships;
Actively seeking opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Credit Manager.

Review hold orders and action accordingly
Strong problem solving, analytical and project execution skills
Prepare Reconciliation for Process issues
Prioritize workload in accordance with preestablished Service Level Agreements.
Accurate and timely processing of all Product setup requests.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

Any Graduate
Relevant work experience

Required Knowledge & skills

Knowledge of Account receivable.
Knowledge of Account reconciliation.
SAP/ Dynamics knowledge
Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Knowledge of Ageing/ Outstanding
Eye for details/Problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral), able to prioritize and open to be flexible with work environment.
Comfortable working with targets
