The Opportunity


We are currently seeking an
Accessory Production Operator working day shift Monday to Friday (Hours: Mon-Thu 6am -230pm Fri 6am - Midday), with possible overtime at our Monier Roofing - Vermont site.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manual handling, lifting product that is extruded and stacking
  • Storage racks, unloading stillages move to glaze line, and move back to stillages.
  • Batching glazes, dry mix, adding water and mixing (working alone)
  • Finished products include caps, hand crafted
  • Operate an Apex press (working alone)
  • Waste/reject product is recycled
  • Drive sweeper and housekeeping

The successful applicant will possess:


  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role (On the job training will also be provided)
  • Strong commitment to improving WHSE and achieving Zero harm
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of commitment to work effectively in a multiskilled team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Quality Control
  • Self motivated and a team player
  • Open to operating a Forklift (Willing to obtain a licence, if you don't already have one)
  • Experience in working in a self managed team environment preferred
