    The Organization:

    FourQuarters are partnering with a well-known global investment management business to find a Trade Support Analyst for an initial 12 month contract, primarily providing regional support to the company's core trading applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical and functional desk support for the company's core applications.
    • Liaise with business and operations partners, clients, and application teams.
    • Work on-site in Sydney a minimum of 4 days a week.
    • Assist trading partners with query analysis and resolution.
    • Manage administration, change management, and compliance review of trading applications.
    • Detect incidents, investigate root causes, and manage problem resolution.
    • Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.

    About You:
    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • 3-7 years of OMS experience; Flextrade OMS experience is a plus.
    • 1-2 years of FIX Protocol experience.
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
    • In-depth knowledge of Brokerage/Sec Finance industry is desirable.
    • Experience with ServiceNow/ITIL Methodologies.
    • Ability to manage stress and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexible and adaptable with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
