    As a Business Manager Analyst within the EIM Business Management Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting Macquarie's Technology strategy and initiatives by driving an efficient and effective business management function with a focus on the standardisation of practices, consistency and continuous improvement across systems, reports and metrics.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Financial, workforce, reporting and meeting Governance and risk management tasks
    • Assist with the preparation, coordination, and review of business reporting and meeting Governance.
    • Continuous improvement of business reporting capabilities through timely, engaging and streamlined data driven insights and operations.
    • Support strategic business management and operational opportunities and projects that deliver to EIM's key strategic objectives of Enhance Data Risk Management, Industrialise practices and Reduce Risk and Digitalise End to End.
    • Provide day to day support on ad hoc reporting queries from stakeholders and senior leaders including coordinating EIM LT stakeholders and team
    • Support engagement with stakeholders, including analytics, product, finance, CX and operations teams.
    • Management and processing of EIM Recruitment Workflow including Consultant Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, Timesheets, Tracking and reporting of Contractors Extensions and Resource Model Management.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Manager and EIM leadership team and be exposed to a wide variety of tasks including executive reporting, finance and information management, operations and risk, and business resiliency working with stakeholders and teams across Macquarie.

    To be successful in this role, you will enjoy working in a team and comfortable working autonomously to complete tasks, flourish in a fast paced working environment and are outcomes focused. These skills would be complemented by high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
