    Our client is seeking applications from customer service experts. Do you enjoy building & nurturing relationships? Like the surroundings of a close working environment, good team spirit. We have an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor/Receptionist to hold the 'front line' in this busy workshop which is based just minutes from the Hobart CBD.

    Location

    Hobart sits on the river Derwent. A beautiful city, affordable, possessing vibrant cafes, pristine beaches, native forests and more This role is situated less than 15 minutes from the heart of the city and unlike Sydney or Brisbane, travelling to work has never been so easy.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Handle all phone enquiries/customer bookings
    • Invoice, receipt customer payments
    • Assist with purchasing of parts following policy/procedures.
    • Maintain and nurture excellent relationships with clientele.
    • Maintain contact with workshop staff/updating customer on progress of service.
    • Provide the customer with explanations of service faults & issues.


    Competencies Desired

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Office reception/administration duties
    • Prior experience in similar role
    • Automotive experience an advantage
    • Effective communication, time management skills
    • A team player with effective communication skills
    • Reliability & responsibility
    • Valid Driver's License
