About Our Client:

A leading asset management firm, which was founded here in Melbourne.

Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic administration function, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


Day to day:


  • Filing, photocopying and general admin tasks where needed
  • Arranging the purchases of office supplies, furniture, kitchen supplies, etc
  • Assist the Finance team with entering bill and raising invoices in Xero
  • Providing general administrative assistance to all departments
  • Scheduling meetings and managing the office calendar and meeting room bookings
  • Liaising with the building manager to address cleaning, security, training, repairs, etc
  • Liaising with external IT and telephone consultants on IT/telephone related issues
  • Assist Marketing team with branded Goods, printing, sourcing suppliers, etc
  • Greeting visitors
  • General housekeeping matters

Key Experience and Skills

  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated emotional maturity and professional integrity
  • Demonstrates and promotes professional standards of behaviour and presentation
  • High standards of accuracy & precision, highly organised
  • Able to follow work instructions and manage time
  • Demonstrates humility and eagerness to learn
  • Demonstrates ability to work through and solve problems.
  • Acts with integrity in communications with internal and external customers
  • Moderate skills in MS Suite of Products, particularly excel.
  • Experience using a payroll or accounting software useful (ideally Xero)
