Reporting into the Shared Services Manager, your job duties will include:

  • Managing accounts receivables including credit card payments and refunds
  • Allocate customer payments to debtor's accounts according to the remittance advice
  • Receipting, allocating and reconciling debtors
  • Monitor customer accounts and liaise with customers to settle within credit terms and limits
  • Issuing of customer invoices weekly and end of month statements in accordance with agreed timetables
  • Communicate any identified issues or concerns with customer invoicing in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively any potential debt risks to the SS Manager and plan escalation of actions
  • Regularly update and maintain debtors and stop trade reports
  • Support Finance Team and Sales Managers with customer queries and claims in a timely manner
