Our client are seeking motivated and experienced Assistant Store Managers to join their retail team.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall success of our store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.


Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.

Sales and Performance: Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators. Implement strategies to boost sales and enhance overall store performance.

Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of sales associates. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and store-wide goals.

Operational Management: Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.
