The Role:
As the new eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation, customer loyalty and omnichannel strategy, focusing on revenue, profit and user experience.
Skills & Experience:
- Develop, lead and execute the eCommerce strategy, by optimising and delivering CRO & UX strategy to ensure the best practice for the endtoend customer journey and shopping experience online.
- Implement customer loyalty strategies to drive the health & performance of the customer database and develop strategic approaches to targeting and segmenting audiences and helping drive continuous optimisation of CRM campaigns.
- Establish a positive culture and lead a team.
- You are datadriven, with an approach to solving problems and the ability to provide recommendations and insights based on trends.
- Strong technical ability and proven experience in all social media platforms.
