Based in their Eastern Suburbs office (with plenty of flexibility on offer), you will be joining an established Payroll team of seasoned professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer centric, switched on individual with a strong attention to detail to provide payroll support to the business.

About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

Preparation and processing of weekly and fortnightly payroll using Micropay and ConnX.
Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders around payroll queries.
Account activation of new employees in ConnX.
Produce other weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for internal distribution.
Minimise risk of incorrect payments & processing errors and ensure adherence to legislation & company policies.
Payroll Inbox: constant monitoring with all queries completed within 24 hrs.
Liaising with the P&C team with all new starter information, terminations and exits.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

Prior experience in a payroll Administration/ a similar role.
A confident persona, with the capability to effectively manage client expectations.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail.
Payroll system experience.
Advanced excel skills.
