Tip Top are seeking a curious Continuous Improvement Business Partner looking to make a difference Reporting to the Regional Operational Excellence Manager, this role will lead and drive process improvement initiatives to enable an improvement in the performance culture across the Chullora bakery.

Purpose of the Role

  • Building effective relationships with key departmental teams who can deliver the business goals
  • Developing initiatives for cost reductions and effective utilisation of resources (i.e production, supply chain, raw materials, energy and labour)
  • Lead process improvement projects through the Manufacturing, Maintenance and Technical teams
  • Data Analysis and reporting
  • Establish benchmark standards for plant utilisation, OEE, labour utilisation and manufacturing process loss
  • Provide the leadership, structure, resources to improve HSE and engagement to bestinclass levels
About You

  • Proven background in continuous improvement and optimisation
  • Ability to influence stakeholders within a complex matrix organisation
  • Minimum 23 years in a similar position in a FMCG background
  • Highly collaborative with excellent business partnering skills
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving skills to support the team when system issues arise
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or Food Sciences disciplines
  • Highly desirable
