Packing Team Leader - Food Manufacturing

(Full-Time)

Available Shift Pattern:


  • Packing Team Leader Fulltime: Monday-Friday (6:00am 2:00pm).

About the Role:


As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a team, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and encouragement, while ensuring that a high level of food safety and product quality are met.

You will actively promote safe work practices and ensure a safe work environment is maintained by all members of your team.


About You:


  • Previous experience within a similar role within an FMCG company.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Good communication, literacy, and numerical skills with ability to confidently liaise with management and employees.
  • Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Be result orientated without compromising Safety or Quality.
  • Flexible working hours required.
  • Basic computer skills as data entry will be required.
