We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our small team. As part of the Reef Authority's broader People Services team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a range of strategic HR initiatives and operational processes.
The positions leads a small team responsible for the delivery of recruitment and payroll services along with capability development and systems, reporting and analytics.
You will be a leader and a team player, working closely and collaboratively with the broader People Services team and a diverse network of customers and stakeholder internally and externally. You will help to identify continuous improvement initiatives and utilise agile ways of working to support business deliverables.
The current position is ongoing however through this process may create a merit pool to fill similar ongoing and non-ongoing positions that become available within the next 18 months.
