About the role

Reporting into and working closely with a busy, fast paced Head of HR & Operations, you will be tasked with being 1 step ahead and providing operational / administrative support on a day to day basis.

Part of your role will be see you be responsible for managing a complex & ever-changing diary, organising travel & accommodation, creating agendas' and taking minutes of meeting while formatting and creating documents and reports as well as assisting with the HRIS system, personnel records and compliance processes.

Selection criteria:

Proven experience in a PA / EA role supporting a Clevel executive
Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
Experience / exposure to HR processes and environments advantageous
High level communication / people skills with proven stakeholder engagement exp.

Computer literacy

MS Office Suite & SharePoint
Blue / yellow card and NDIS Worker Screening card current or willing to obtain
Double covid vaccination required
