Our client is a leading national retail and manufacturing business that has recently undergone an acquisition and project.

They are in need of a skilled Accounts Payable Officer with the right experience and attitude to assist with their workload.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

End to end Accounts Payable
Processing a high volume of invoices with exceptional accuracy
Managing the accounts payable inbox and promptly responding to vendor inquiries
Reconciling vendor and bank statements and proactively resolving discrepancies
Completing other accounts payable duties as assigned

Requirements:

At least 2 years of recent experience in accounts payable
A keen eye for detail and an unrelenting commitment to accuracy
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience with SAP or Syspro software preferred
