The Role


We have a fantastic "get your foot in the door" opportunity to join us in this 6 month contract role that has an opportunity to extend.

Your role of PMO Analyst is a critical component to the overall success of the supply chain network optimisation program.

Reporting directly to the PMO Portfolio Manager, you will provide structure, governance and leadership across the strategic work streams. Consolidating complex & volatile projects into clear and concise routines and communications is at the core of this role.

As a well organised, efficient and broad thinker, you will ensure that the overall portfolio continues to move forward at a good pace driving business decisions, whilst progress is clearly communicated across the business.

This role will;

  • Provide program leadership to instill trust and influence with key stakeholders
  • Continuously raise the standard of project leadership and upgrade accountability for the successful delivery of multiple simultaneous projects, spanning multiple functional areas and locations.
  • Schedules and ensures the standard approach to project status meetings and advises management on project status, risk and mitigation including executive reporting. Facilitates problem resolution.
  • Collaborates with enterprisewide business leads to build and execute wellstructured program/project plans.
  • Use expert communication and leadership skills to establish a common understanding of the project delivery framework and governance required for successful delivery.
  • Provides guidance to project resources, monitors efforts, assembles key project deliverables and identifies issues and risks requiring escalation when reporting project status.
  • Communicates project implementation options, schedule, quality and risk to stakeholders, as well as offer recommendations based on these elements.
  • Develop fullscale communication plans for the portfolio of projects and builds a strong relationship with stakeholders to deliver it on time.
  • Plan, schedule and track project timelines using appropriate tools.
  • Drive clear and consistent communication across the business. Build narrative as the programs progress.

Skills & Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years working in supply chain, ideally with experience in the FMCG or retail operations environment.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of project and change management.
  • Experience of delivering change against a defined strategy
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to drive business outcomes and change by partnering with a diverse range of business stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and be an effective communicator and facilitator
  • Ability to think both strategically and detailed
  • Proven track record of strong communication and engagement with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong knowledge and skills in MS Office
  • Must be highly organized, creative, articulate and analytical
  • Ability to multitask independently with mínimal supervision in a virtual global team
  • Must have solid understanding of project management methodologies
  • Tertiary education in Business, Supply Chain Management or Project Management
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement systems including LEAN and/or Six Sigma is desirable
