National Quality Team are seeking an experienced and customer focussed professional to join their Equipment Services team based in Victoria.

With your key customer group based in Victoria, this role offers a great opportunity for anyone wanting to join a market leader delivering qualityservice levels that exceed customer expectations.

What will you be doing ?

  • Effective and efficient, quality checks and adjustments on postmix units and Frozen equipment
  • Ability to use tooling forpreventative maintenance and quality assurance tasks
  • Liaise with Management surrounding major issues or concerns
  • Recognise opportunities for improvements and work with our amazing customers, delivering a world class qualityservice
  • Data and systems reporting

Lets talk about you

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A keen eye for detail and standards
  • Experience maintenance servicing (preferred)
  • Certificate of competency or the ability to obtain in Electrical test and tag
  • Commitment to quality and safe work practices
  • Customer focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to your audience
  • Hold a current driver's license
