ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Manage 100 properties based in Eastern Suburbs
  • Focus on providing exceptional customer service to your owners and tenants
  • A fullservice agency with lots of support
  • Dedicated trust accountant, and outsourced PCR's
  • Day to day management of the portfolio
  • Passion for providing top customer service

SKILL & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 3 years experience as a property manager
  • Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points
  • Professional presentation and highlevel communication skills
  • Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
  • Computer proficiency, Property Tree experience, or REST essential
  • Ability to work autonomously
