To do this successfully you will:
- Create, edit and review training resources and digital learning assets
- Implement training and adhere to a training governance framework and processes
- Optimise digital approaches to move from traditional to a technology driven learning experience
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering digital training solutions in complex organisations
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders
