The Opportunity:

To do this successfully you will:

Create, edit and review training resources and digital learning assets
Implement training and adhere to a training governance framework and processes
Optimise digital approaches to move from traditional to a technology driven learning experience
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering digital training solutions in complex organisations
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent (desirable)
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders
