Salary up to $128,000 package
This role will be responsible for the reporting of monthly business performance data (financial and non-financial) against identified key performance indicators and the management, consolidation and reporting of forecasting and budgeting cycles.

Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of month
- end financial reporting and commentary for the Executive Team, Finance Audit and Risk Management Committee, Board of Directors and Department of Education.
- Assist in benchmarking studies of operations, revenue and costs related activities to set reasonable and achievable targets and improve capacity to improve business performance.
- Management of some of the Government Grants including operating grants, capital grants
- Development of the finance team's current knowledge of Government Grant Funding inclusive of compliance matters and funding, as well as an advanced understanding of organization's position, its challenges and its performance targets
- Contribute to the design, development and automation of standard reporting that will drive business improvements such as the Monthly Business Performance Packs and Government grant milestone reporting.
- Manage the forecasting and budgeting end to end processes for internal stakeholders, Executive team and Board for the Support areas of the organisation.
- Provide proactive strategic and operational performance information and commercial analysis and insights to Management in order to determine the operational and strategic performance of the business with an emphasis on the areas in which business improvement interventions and strategic realignment are required.
You will have:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, and have completed or studying towards CPA / CA qualification
- Strong finance business partnering experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate to advanced level of Excel skills
- Strong report writing skills
