The Role
We are seeking a talented Leasing Administrator to join our Perth Property team on a full-time or part-time basis supporting partner Patrick Thaung and his team of lawyers. This is a newly created position due to an increase in leasing work from our institutional and international clients, and will see you supporting the team and assisting in the management of our substantial leasing portfolio (retail, LFR, office and industrial).
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
There is potential for this position to be or develop into a more paralegal role for the right candidate, involving the initial preparation of draft lease documents.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lease administration (whether in a property agency or law firm) and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, a client-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. In addition, you will have a strong understanding of lease agreements and leasing processes.
