- Assisting the Centre manager with the accurate and timely preparation, analysis and reporting of budgets, outgoings, forecasts and audits.
- Providing financial information to stakeholders.
- Raising invoices, purchase orders, sundry, interest charges and reconciliation of tenant accounts and rental arrears.
- Managing daily retailer and tenant issues.
- Lease administration.
- Understanding and implementation of the Law and Retail Tenancy Act.
- General administration duties as required.

Our client is an outstanding WA based property group with a diverse and evolving portfolio that includes the development and management of quality retail, commercial, land and hospitality properties across Western Australia. With a focus on sustaining strong client relationships, you will be entering a collaborative work space within a high performing team & culture.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Administrator to be a key team member, responsible for the day to day financial management and administration duties for a key, premium retail shopping centre.
Additional duties include but not limited to:
This role is part time (20 hours per week) and will be based on site. You must be available to work 20 hours per week across at least 3 days.
To be successful for this role, you will have a strong financial acumen and analysis, superior communication skills, have exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality. You will be self-motivated, with the ability to deal with stressful situation and conflicting priorities. Real estate experience is required to be considered for this position.
