The Position

  • Front Desk Reception
  • Greet all clients in a positive manner
  • Assisting with property management administration
  • Following checklist procedures
  • Coordinating routine inspections for the PM's
  • Banking and mail
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Database management, fielding calls, and taking messages
  • Preparing marketing material

Skills & Experience
-
Previous reception/ administration experience is essential:


  • Previous experience in real estate will be highly regarded:
  • Well presented, and a keen eye for detail
  • Passionate about the real estate industry
  • A positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Confident telephone manner & customer service skills
  • Intermediate computing skills
