Salary package up to $55,000 + Super- Monday
- Friday 9am 5pm

The Position
- Front Desk Reception
- Greet all clients in a positive manner
- Assisting with property management administration
- Following checklist procedures
- Coordinating routine inspections for the PM's
- Banking and mail
- Liaising with contractors
- Database management, fielding calls, and taking messages
- Preparing marketing material
Skills & Experience
-
Previous reception/ administration experience is essential:
Previous experience in real estate will be highly regarded:- Well presented, and a keen eye for detail
- Passionate about the real estate industry
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Confident telephone manner & customer service skills
- Intermediate computing skills
