The Role:
- Assist the extremely experienced team leader in managing a portfolio of 160 properties
- Portfolio located in Bentleigh/Bentleigh East locale
- Learn the ropes of controlling rental arrears, coordination maintenance, completing all tenancy inspections, and so much more
- Opportunities for progression into a Property Manager role
- NO WEEKENDS
- Bayside office
- Salary up to $70,000 based on experience
- A current Agents Rep/Cert IV in Real Estate
- Drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Experience working in Real Estate
- Have the drive to learn and build a career
- High level of computer literacy and competence with cloudbased systems
